Fishes caught

The place - Bedok Jetty

We used sotong baits at first to fish. Initially I caught an eel with the bait. But throughout the night nothing got on. We began to get the sianess feeling of not making any catch. And thought about how to answer to our parents when we get back with only an eel. haha.

Fortunately, when day's breaking, quite a number of uncles came into the jetty. Slowly but surely, the number of people coming in increased. We saw an uncle throwing down the his bait and within minutes got 5 fishes on his hook!! We then realise is the bait used that matters..

We bought the baits from the uncle and soon we were like the rest.. Hauling up 3-5 fishes at a go. This lasted for about an hour +

an eel in about 10 hrs. followed by 40 fishes in under an hour.. Hahahah what a change of luck.

It was really quite an experience, and I'll do it again! =)
