As my friends have known, my maid went back to Philipines last monday. Well, the new maid wont be coming till a month later and I have been helping out with the housework a bit. Some instances includes :
1). Washing dishes
2). Keeping bed
3). Making own breakfast
4). Sweeping the floor
5). Hanging clothes
Wa Piang Ehh.... Quite tired leh. haha, but I dont mind doing these chores la. But for a long term basis I'm really not very sure. lol.
As of course, since I am doing some of the housework.. I have to change some of my daily behaviour. For eg. I always try to finish my meal, hence making it easier to wash the plate after. Previously, I would just leave the plates behind the kitchen and do my own stuff lo.
How circunstances change people eh... Sigh

Went to play soccer yesterday morning again! Yuppie. Always felt great playing soccer. hehe. Anyway, our malay friends came down after their festive season and their fasting before that. Been a month since we last played with them le. I always prefer playing with malays as their control, passing, and technique are all generally better than chinese. Besides that, the ball is often being kept on the ground rather than in the air.
Of course I am not looking down upon fellow chinese. =) They were really some really good ones I have played with also. But I am talking about the general situation la. Anyways, for the chinese, i doubt the parents would even let them go out and have fun man. So stressed up. And the other day, I saw this advert on the mrt train. A pregnant woman, placing headphones on her tummy. And whats playing? I am not so sure leh, but I thought I saw Einstein's face la. COme on la. Baby havent come out, want him/her to be Einstein liao? Oh phhhhluuesse...
Oh ya, and there were a few unhappy faces amoung my team today. I dunno, maybe our malay friends winning us too many matches le, they start to sulk and get tensed up and start giving exasperated expressions to one another including me lor. Aiyah, play for fun and enjoy the game mah, wanna win everytime meh? HOW CAN?!?! faintz.
Something funny happen also... I was the keeper for one of the matches, and when I am the keeper........ I get edgy..... hahahaha so ...
I was exposed to being 1-1 with their striker, keepers must keep to their designated semi-circle mah, right? then my bloody opponent toyed with my feelings la. Wanna shoot dont shoot. I dived le leh....
in the end.. i just snatched the ball away from his feet, which was still outside the semi-circle and I wasnt supposed to touch it.
hahahaha. I think he was quite stunned la. his jaw drop i think. hahahahaha, everyone laughed and rolled around on the ground..
Play was halted for 2 minutes..
Please........

Got home yesterday and visited the same websites when online. No, actually what struck me first was some of my friends nicknames on msn yesterday. A lot of them about Keano leaving or Ferguson will regret the day he let Keane leave Manchester United. For you girls who dunno who Roy Keane is you all can refer to this page ---> http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=349460&cc=4716
and can have a rough depiction of his character. He WAS also the current Captain of Manchester United team.
So ya. Another Manchester United legend leaves the club unexpectedly and abruptly. This incident prompted memories of Eric Cantona announcing his retirement from the game one fine day which I found out through reading the news on the teletext sports session.
Both of them are interesting characters of the Manchester United team of the 90's. Hmmm, a bit extreme though. but both chose the same path of leaving. By leaving SUDDENLY, and quite of the blue.. Well I guess is their decision..
With the exit of great players, new paths will be forge for the club. It could either help the club grow, or decline into an abyss of failure. For Man U, I'm sure the previous will prevail.

Japanese author. Book of short stories. Hmms, I dunno if most people would like it. But I absolutely love it. Simple words used, definitely not difficult to grasp. Extreme story telling..

Been looking through my previous posts on my blog. And I finally came to this conclusion. Firstly, my mind's in a mess, secondly, my blog's unorganised, thirdly, not very ''thought-provocative'' and lastly, not very interesting...cos got no pretty girl pictures.. Haha.
But hey, I tell myself.. Aiya, why do I have to make a nice nice blog just to make others have the impression that..
" Wah, your blog very nice leh.''
''Wah, you know a lot of pretty girls leh.''
''wah, you damn cool person.''
Or..
''Very funny, very ansty, very beng,'' etc etc etc.. you know the works..
Why must I manage my impression everytime, even when I am writing on my OWN blog. Weirdness eh..hmmms..
Sometimes, I think we are just large flock of sheeps and tend to follow social norms because of the fear of rejection if we do deviate from normality bah..

Stayed up to watch the match between Manchester United and Chelsea. 1-0 to United. I always knew Manchester would respond to the challenge. They're a club with rich and strong traditions, how can one club so big roll over and let that stupid Chelsea lick and play with their tummy? No WAy baby...
As for all the news of Manchester in decline so on and so forth.. I think the newspaper nothing to write la. A few games only then write so much, add chillie, ketchup etc etc then write a few pages. Everyone else writing them off. Bla bla. Judge them at the end of the season la. Relax, So many more games to go. Anything can happen. :)

Jus, when it comes to dating, you're a Social Idealist.
You're comfortable in social situations that fluster other people. It is, in part, this ease that makes you a catch for potential partners. Since you may tend to pass over a potential love interest too quickly, the key for you is learning how to not throw away a keeper too soon.
Jus, on a scale of 1-100, your attraction factor is 71!
How did we determine your attractiveness score? While you were taking the test, we measured your responses to questions on 5 attraction dimensions — appearance, attitude, body maintenance, energy and behavior.
Here's what we found out: While your overall attraction factor is 71, you are getting most noticed by others for your attitude.

As for all who use friendster. You guys should know that you could choose to view profiles anonymously or you could also let others see that you have viewed them openly. I am sure anyone else would choose the first option right.
Imagine this. You have a crush on this girl. You forgot to switch to viewing profiles anonymously. You click on her profile and you are admiring her recently added photos and suddenly you realise........................... You din on the bloody option!! AHHHHHHHHHHHH
Embarassment.... how to go to school..!! (that is if ur crush from school la)
So after doing a check with my friends, they have hits like maybe 40. Only 2 viewed them openly....
To encourage more flirting, friendster has decided to NOT let users see who has viewed them AT ALL if they choose to view other profiles anonymously. On other sense, the 'who viewed you' page would be cleared each time you choose the option to view other profiles anonymously.
Very tiu right.... How can.. Everytime your hits goes up, surely.. you wanna know who viewed you. Might be a pretty girl. Hahaha.
So I have already changed my option to viewing profiles NOT ANONYMOUSLY.
Just hope that I would remember to change back when I decide to do some sight seeing.... hahaha

Fell asleep at about 9am with S on the sofa together, sharing a blanket...
Rain still falling.
Finally decided to go home with rain drops on my head.

My elder sister recommended this anime to me. Asking me to watch it as she proclaimed it to be the saddest show she had ever watch. Even worse than ''Liang Zhu'' she proclaimed.
My first thought to myself was, *hey, i remembered Mum, and my two sisters crying endlessly when they were watching Liang Zhu some years back. My mum especially, was on free flow mode.* Hmmms, should be a pretty good film then, I always reckon films that affect you deeply and strike a cord in your heart a teensy wee bit to be excellent films..
Review of the show.
This story is set during the difficult and trying moment of the World War II in Japan. Before you have any prejudgement about the anime lest is a 'war' film and would be boring and senseless and violent. It is anything but the above.
This film does not criticise the right and the wrong of war but rather focused on the struggle of 2 siblings, Seita - Elder brother and Setsuko - younger sister during the period where American warplanes firebombed Japan.
The tone of the show is set from the begining where death is being potrayed in a silent yet loud way and presents to viewers how its ending will be. Tragic.
However, the entire length of the film does not only deal with the bad and sadness. During moments of adversities and challenge, you can see Setsuko's love, care and sacrifice for his younger sister and how 2 siblings which can be so happy together for a moment be torn apart by the cruelity and ravages of war.
I think most people will cry upon watching this anime.
Take a step back from your hectic schedule and catch this anime!
