last day of 2006

Went out with fg and Sm to study at mac. Ate at some nasi lemak place. The female boss started singing and entertain the people there. Well, quite a good voice I should say.

We were planning to leave just before she finish her song, and some weird inevitable things happened again. As Sm was leaving the table, he wanted to take the table cloth with him, accidentally of course. (his bag caught the table cloth by accident) Pleasee.. The female boss then talked to us from her microphone and made some small talk with us. Luckily some awkward smiles from me help diffuse the embarrasement felt. What were the other 2 doing? Sm was pretending nothing happen and continued paying for the food, while fg look anywhere else except towards the boss. HEeeelpz.

Finally!

Went to the gym today. Finally! After a 2 weeks lay off. I'm back at the gym. Witness a quarrel in the gym today. Not an everyday event.

*gym instructer suddenly walks up to A*

GI " PLEASE, CAN YOU PUT THE WEIGHTS BACK PROPERLY!?"

A " Hey, why you shout at me? Cant you see I'm still doing? IS not your gym you know, it belongs to the Sports Council!"

GI " I know, but I have the right to say. you know I can BAN you from coming here?"

A " BAN BAN la, I paid money already what so what?!"

GI " So what? $2.50 only what! You wanna talk to my manager anot?!"

A " You ask me go down talk to your manager? Ask your manager come up la."

I think the GI mentioned the word 'idiot' etc etc. And some finger pointing between them.

Piangz.. And all along I was watching the show.

Good entertainment for an otherwise dreary day.

Is this some beer culture we are creating here??

Apart from merrying around, I'm glad to say I've been catching up on my CF. The rest K.I.V first.

Christmas's around the corner, money's been flying around, gifts have been brought, people are flying off. New year's will be around the corner, more partying, no studying.

Soon, CNY will be here, mocks will follow closely behind. and that will probably mark the end of SIM life. With senseless revision classes being lined up .. sheesh.. The timing's around here...

a jog a jog a jog is good for your abbs...

Went home after lesson today with a clear purpose in my mind. That is to jog, especially after much satay, much otah, and bbqed chicken.

Usual routine resumed upon reaching home.

1) take off shirt.
2) take off jeans.
3) get into jogging attire.
4) Take a crap.

Now, today the crapping a bit funny. Like come out all liao.. but still got thing inside. Nevertheless as the sun was setting. I decided to heck it and just jog it off...

Wrong decision . . . .

Upon reaching the 3km mark. I had stiches, and my right chest aches. Argh. And today's lunch was like just going down to my rectum.. BAD.......

I cant remember the last time I stop during a run. Today was really bad. I stop, found a bush and did it there. I covered my shit with some leaves. Without wiping my ass, I put on my shorts and ran the remaining 5km...

U WISHED ah.. I'll never tarnish my image that way. I just stopped at the 6km mark and walk the rest of the way la. So Sian. + there was not even a single decent looking girl.

The better one was wearing a spaghetti strap running on another track about 200 meters away.

Boring....

Thursday - Went over to Em's chalet, well sort of, cos there was no bbq. Luckily I brought my xbox along.

I dunno, why that night, I kept losing money to kort.. Ahhhhhh and xy. ahhh tian ah...

Slept at about 5am only.. Cooked maggie mee and watch Ju-on again...

Saw this BIG CAT outside Ya kun Toast. He was F.A.T. and he's damn lazy. obstructing the road.. grrr

Movie - The Sea Inside

A veeery thought provoking show. Ramon Sampedro has been paralysed for 28 odd years from a diving incident when he was young. Being entirely dependent on others even in simple tasks such as shifting oneself while sleeping or shaving or reaching for the cup of water in front of him, he only had one wish, to die and to bring his life to a dignified end.

As the story progresses, he met 2 women, whom he develops special relationships with. One of them is Julia, a lawyer who was suppose to help him achieve his motive and Rosa, a woman who tried to change his mind upon death. Their relationship interwines many folds with strong emotions being played..

Moments of the show were indeed very heartwreaching and certainly struck a chord or 2 in me.

The starting was actually quite slow, but the story unfolds itself in disc 2.

A quote from Rosa : "Love is an impulse. You cant rationalize it."

A very good film..

No need to spend money!

Went to Tampines to do my hair yesterday. Stopped over at the toilet to bomb. Was innocently opening the cubicle door when.... I saw a handphone lying on top of the toilet paper roll. Although the handphone's not the newest model, nonetheless it looks quite new. The first thought that came to my mind was....

1). Give it to customer service? Shen Qing Bing... no no.

2). Act cool and leave it there? Ki siao.. Let other people take meh..

3). Quickly take the handphone, go out of the toilet, go to another floor the toilet and quickly off it.

Hahahah, rationally speaking of cos I chose 3. After cutting my hair, I gleefully took the handphone out and examine is contents. Nothing much. No gallery, no pictures, not many contacts saved also, inbox only 3 smses from his girlfriend, and all 3 so standardised. HAI....

Actually I'm still thinking of what to do with the handphone. Anyone wants it?? If you're pretty I'll charge a lower price... Of course for my fellow brudders, I'll sell u at a reasonable price... maybe a $1 below the market price.

huh.. wats happening?

Been chomping down Ribs, Baked potatoes the other day till i nearly felt like giving birth... oooohhh

School food always sucks, and they remind me of army cookhouse. yucksss... The other day I was having lunch at the school foodcourt with E. And 4 seats were booked beside us. Actually I was a bit apprehensive to seat beside that table... but Aiya so we just settled beside the seats anyway.

After a minute or 2, 1 guy and 3 girls arrived. The usual hee hee ha haing proceeded. Jokes about pink shirts and pink man spewed out from their mouths. Apparantly the guy was wearing pink la. In retrospect, I wouldnt give a damn. But I was also wearing that colour that day.. Sooo, I just acted as if they werent there.. and ate my ban mian silently watching and at the same time watching E's hair trickle across her you mian on 2 occasions.

Topics revolving around Gf's, Bf's proceeded.. and they were also trying to seem 'cool' by talking about chonging and Zouk and staying till the closing hours.. ya.. bla bla bla.. Is not the topic actually, I think is the tone of their voices. *pukes*

I also havent been going out to study with my friends nowadays as I felt really tired and would like to just laze at home for this period. Maybe the weather has a part to play in this? hmmmss.. no.. Maybe is the mopping and sweeping.. AhhhHhhhH

My elder sis and mum would be leaving for Taiwan from this coming monday till thursday. Which effectively leaves just me,who dosent knows how to cook, my younger sister, who only knows how to cook mee sua and my dad. no need to say for the last person. hahaha.

Okay, I think I shall stay at someone's house for that period or maybe camp over at Zouk for 4 days? hahaha
